Lloyds TSB Win Major Award for e-HR

The Centre for Career Management (CfCM) within "The University for Lloyds TSB" has been awarded both the Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions award for excellence in HR through technology and the Overall Gold Award from Personnel Today.

The CfCM site was developed in partnership with eLearning4all, the Skybridge e-Learning and e-HR team based in Solihull.

Sitting within the main e-HR portal, the site enhances communication with employees and empowers individuals making career and development decisions. Since its launch the CfCM has become one of the most visited sites on the intranet with over 200,000 "hits" and has been instrumental in:

• A 25-point increase in satisfaction among employees with career development opportunities at Lloyds TSB
• The reduction of turnover rates of employees with less than one year's service
• Increasing the proportion of women in senior management
• Boosting the proportion of ethnic minorities in senior management
