We have a strong R&D function and an innovative team, but these do not drive the business, the driver is the business need of the client and the measure, bottom line results.

We have developed solutions across a wide range of needs, from Sales Training to System Simulation and from Technical Training to Customer Care. The barrier to success is often not in the content but in the issues of change management, communication and motivation.

Calling upon all the resources of the group, we are not only able to offer effective training solutions that blend elearning with classroom delivery and support but we can also integrate programmes involving communication, education, motivation and reward.

Our work in these areas with Sandwell MBC in preparing staff for migration from a mainframe system onto a Windows-based LAN won a Local Government IT Excellence Award for "Service Improvement through IT Excellence" and our work with the Lloyds TSB Centre for Career Management has recently won awards for excellence in eHR.
